液氮液氧混合降温可行性研究

Feasibility Analysis of Mixed Cooling of Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid

摘要: 为了实现深部矿井的安全高效生产,分析了我国矿井降温技术的现状,研究了液氧氮混合降温系统的设计原理,论证了赵楼煤矿液氧液氮混合液体巷道汽化降温的可行性。根据赵楼矿井的需冷量,对矿井所需要的液氧液氮混合液体的需求量进行了计算,并对产生的气体以及所需要的设备进行了分析。研究结果表明,将液氮液氧按照1∶6的体积比混合,在巷道中进行汽化降温是一种较为新颖的矿井降温方法。

Abstract: In order to realize the deep well cooling technology of coal mine, the feasibility analysis was carried out on the vaporization and cooling of mixed liquid liquid roadway in Zhaolou coal mine. According to the cooling capacity of the mine, the demand for the liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen mixed liquid required for the mine is calculated, and the gas produced and the equipment needed are analyzed. The feasibility of vaporization and cooling of liquid oxygen liquid nitrogen mixed liquid roadway is preliminarily explained.
